Founded in Aarhus, Denmark, in 2017, the firm trades selected securities on European and US financial markets.
The company's business strategy is to create a positive return on Liquidity and risk imbalances using its own capital, pricing models, and technology solutions.
Nedergaard will be responsible for advising the CEO and executive management on growth strategy, digitalization strategy, and capital utilization.
He is also going to focus on trading infrastructure, tools, and technology, as well as on Execution strategy and development of proprietary trading technology.
Nedergaard is an experienced executive director, with a proven track record of building and running high performing teams in the financial industry.
He has a strong knowledge of financial products, equity, and listed derivatives, especially.
Saxo Bank Veteran
Before moving to the firm, Nedergaard spent more than 18 years at Saxo Bank, holding various roles at the firm.
He had joined the Danish bank on its CFD and equity trading desk in 2001 and became the global head of equities and CFDs in 2007.
Two years later, he moved to a position as global head of CFD and listed products, which he held for nine years.
Prior to moving to Lind Capital, Nedergaard was deputy head of trading and market access, supporting the running of global markets operations.
He was responsible for Saxo Bankβs financial products, including equity, CFDs, FX, FX options, futures and options, fixed income, and mutual funds.
