FX Industry Veteran Andrea Anselmetti Lands at UniCredit

Andrea Anselmetti has joined UniCredit’s London branch as its advisor for Institutional and large FX corporate sales, following a brief absence from the FX industry and departure from Barclays.

Earlier this September, UniCredit lost is FX Director Nat Payne, who parted ways with the firm for Credit Agricole. In his new role at UniCredit, Mr. Anselmetti will be serving as the firm’s London advisor for FX sales, helping bolster this division of its business there.

Prior to joining UniCredit, Mr. Anselmetti worked as the Managing Director and head of EMEA FX Sales at Barclays for nearly four years. Barclays restructured its business, which led to Anselmetti’s departure, along with other key FX players.
