FXCubic Has Named Richard Bartlett as Its New Head of Sales

FXCubic announced on Monday that it has named Richard Bartlett as its new Head of Sales, effective immediately.

According to a recent press release, Richard Bartlett, a veteran sales executive in consultative type sales and sales management, has been selected by FXCubic, a fast-growing low latency and high-performance connectivity provider, for the position of Head of Sales. His new responsibilities include taking charge of new business sales of FXCubic's revolutionary Aggregation, Bridging and Risk Management technology.

Bartlett brings extensive experience from his career in sales, as well as, the last decade, where he transitioned to Finance. He has proven competent in managing multiple business development teams both locally and remotely throughout the world. This includes setting targets, sales training, implementing sales strategies, motivating and leading teams with passion and enthusiasm, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Before Joining FXCubic

Before joining FXCubic, Bartlett served Centroid Solutions DMCC as its Head Of Business Development. For just over two years, he led a revolutionary product to a commanding market position. Also, the main part of his duties involved conducting intelligent risk management complemented by robust and scalable connectivity solutions.

Earlier, from late 2013, PrimeXM took advantage of his services where he was originally located in Cyprus. At first, he was employed as the Global Business Development Manager. After a year, he received added responsibilities to his role and gained the title of Head of Global Sales. These duties included being responsible for worldwide sales of PrimeXM's market-leading Bridge Aggregation, XCore technology, which required hosting and connectivity solutions in different locations.

Prior to PrimeXm, Bartlett was at Hot Forex as its Global Head of Sales. During his term, he handled the responsibilities for retail and institutional new business sales globally.

Additionally, at FX Global Markets (FXGM) Ltd, he successfully completed the tasks as Sales Manager. For two and a half years, he was in charge of new business sales output throughout Europe and Australia.

At Geko Direct Ltd, he triumphed in the role as he fulfilled the duties of Senior Sales Manager. For more than four years, he took on the charge of new business and retention sales.

Also, when employed at ADT Security Australia, he was a Regional Sales Manager from September 2002 until February 2006.

Drawn Attention from a Number of Reputable Brokers

During volatile conditions experienced recently, FXCubic’s solution has proved to be extremely stable, reliable and highly responsive. As such, the revolutionary developments in Aggregation, Bridging and Risk Management technology have drawn the attention of several reputable brokers. Consequently, FXCubic’s reputation and market share have significantly increased. These developments and the appointment of Bartlett as Head of Sales shows a promising future ahead.

Commenting on the announcement, Ege Kozan, CEO at FXCubic, said “We are very excited about having Richard Bartlett join our team. With his extensive industry experience and expertise, I am confident that he will be bringing great value to our team. We look forward to pushing the company even further with Richard’s support.”

“The decision to join FXCubic was a natural one. After fully understanding the scope and strength of their technology offering, it was quickly apparent why the firm is gaining market share rapidly. They have built smart technology that includes innovative tools that are easy to understand and make use of, solving many challenges that brokers face in today's market. I feel privileged to be chosen to join the team and look forward to playing my part in propelling FXCubic to a market commanding position,” Bartlett said.
