GPS Capital Markets announced today that it has expanded its London office with the addition of Simon Walker who has been hired as an FX Consultant to expand the GPS footprint in the UK and Scandinavia.

Simon Walker joins GPS with over 20 years of foreign Exchange and business development experience. Prior to joining GPS Capital Markets, he was the Executive Director of the FX & Derivatives Solutions Group at BNP Paribas where was instrumental in developing the bank’s Mid-Cap Market offering in the UK.

Commenting on his appointment, Walker said: "I am excited to join the GPS team and to have the opportunity to build our office here in London and throughout the rest of Europe. US-based GPS Capital Markets provides corporate foreign exchange services which help companies manage their foreign currency risks and execute foreign currency transactions. Founded in 2002, the company has several offices throughout the US, as well as in London, England.
