Horizon Software, a provider of electronic and algorithmic trading solutions and technology, has announced today that it has hired Francis Leclerc as Regional Manager for North America. The appointment follows a significant investment by Capzanine in June, which has prompted the expansion of Horizon’s North American operations.
Leclerc's return to Horizon
Leclerc’s new position sees him returning to Horizon, where he worked for eight years from 2004 to 2013. He has spent the last five years in Société Générale, where he developed equity finance and prime brokerage applications as the Development Team Lead. At Horizon, Leclerc will head the North American office and help the company deliver on its aggressive expansion strategy.
Before leaving the company in 2013, Leclerc helped establish the company’s presence in Thailand in 2008. He has more than two decades of experience in investment banking and has a keen interest in equity derivatives.
