IC Markets, an Australian brokerage company, has managed to secure Theodora Loukaidi as its Finance Manager. She joins the firm from iCFD, a retail foreign exchange and CFD trading brokerage.
According to information made public on her LinkedIn, Loukaidi joined IC Markets in September. In her new role, she will be based in Limassol, Cyprus. She joins IC Markets with a strong history in financial roles based in the Forex industry.

Prior to IC Markets Loukaidi worked at iCFD Ltd., the CySEC -regulated arm of iFOREX’s European operations, for four years from October 2014 up until September this year. At iCFD, she was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The departure of Loukaidi comes at a time when the company is bolstering its operations in Cyprus.
Specifically, in August Finance Magnates reported that iCFD Ltd., which recently rebranded to Vestle.com, strengthened its management team by adding two new strategic hires.
The new appointees were Suzi Attal as Managing Director and Itai Sadeh, who joined the board of directors of iCFD as a non-executive director. The new hires will aim to drive growth and increase the firm’s focus on challenges posed by the new requirements of European regulators.
Before her position at iCFD, Loukaidi held another senior finance role at Leverate, a technology solutions provider in the Forex industry. Specifically, she was the Head of Finance and Administration. Loukaidi worked with the company from February 2012 until October 2014.
Theodora Loukaidi’s Educational Qualifications
Not only does Loukaidi have an impressive resume, but she also has a number of educational qualifications under her belt. From 2006 until 2008 she attended Murray State University, a university based in Kentucky, United States. Here, she graduated with a Masters degree in Business Administration and General Management.
After her studies at Murray State University, Loukaidi then went on to study at Frederick University - a private university in Cyprus. She began her studies in 2012 and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
