The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has hired Jan Hoenisch as an executive director, business architecture earlier this month, according to market sources.
Hoenisch moved to the New York-headquartered post-trade financial services firm from State Street owned OMS provider Charles River Development (CRD), where he served as global head of strategic partnerships for more than eight years.
In this role, he was responsible for developing business and technology solutions to create revenue growth
Hoenisch's career began as a systems engineer at Lockheed Martin in 1994.
He was a senior system architect and founder of Image Data and chief technology officer and founder of ElephantX Dot Com and ESP Technologies later.
Hoenisch also spent more than one year at financial services firm ITG, where he worked in platform product strategy and ITGnet product management, before moving to Charles River in 2012.
