OANDA Promotes Juan DeCarmo to Head of Sales Solutions for Business

There has been a change up at OANDA Solutions for Business, part of the OANDA Group, with Juan (Jean) DeCarmo being promoted to Head of Sales - Solutions for Business this month, Finance Magnates has learned.

According to his LinkedIn profile, DeCarmo, who has been with OANDA for almost thirteen years was promoted from Enterprise Sales Executive, a title he had held since January 2015.

DeCarmo originally joined OANDA back in May of 2006 as a Client Experience Associate. During the more than 12 years he has worked for the foreign Exchange (Forex ) and contracts for difference (CFD) trading provider, he has consistently worked out of its Canadian operations in Toronto.

DeCarmo Worked his way Up Through OANDA

After less than two years as a Client Experience Associate, DeCarmo progressed to the position of Account Manager, a role he held for six years. From here, he then went on to be a Senior Account Manager. It was from here that he was promoted to Enterprise Sales Executive, his LinkedIn states.

Before working with OANDA, DeCarmo was employed at Bell, a telecommunications company. At this company, he worked in Mobility Sales Prime for a little over a year. Prior to this he also held positions at WIRELESSWAVE, where he was a Manager and Allstream where he has listed his title as CSR.

Finance Magnates reached out to both OANDA and DeCarmo for comment on the move, but as of the time of publishing, we have not received a response.
