Kx, a division of First Derivatives plc, announced this Wednesday that it has added Steven Forsythe, a professional with a track record in sales-based roles, to its senior management team as its Head of European Sales for Industry.

Forsythe joins Kx from the Omnetric Group, a joint venture of Siemens and Accenture. At the company, he was the Global Head of Sales, a position he held from March 2013 until May 2018.

Steven Forsythe's Qualifications

During his more than decade-long career, he has gained experience in building sales revenue in both new and developing markets. Before working at Omnetric Group, Forsythe was employed at eMeter Corporation, a provider of data management solutions.

While at eMeter Corporation, Forsythe was the Business Development Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. He originally joined the company in October 2009 and worked with the firm in that role for three and a half years. In 2013, he was promoted to Global Business Development with the company and worked in this position for more than five years.

According to his LinkedIn, Forsythe began his career in October of 2004. His first job was at WCS Consultants where he was a Freelance Business Development Consultant, a position he held for slightly over six years.
