Leverate has once again restructured its executive personnel, this time adding veteran Avishai Ben-Tovim as its newest Vice President (VP) of Business Development, according to information made public on his LinkedIn profile.
In his new role as the VP of Business Development at Leverate, Mr. Ben-Tovim will be based out of the group’s Israel office, where he will focus on the Leverate’s sales capabilities to its global clientele, as well as its operations.
Mr. Ben-Tovim joins Leverate after a number of sales and consultancy positions in the financial services and technology industry. This most recently includes a stint as a Sales Mentor at Google, having mentored startups in the Launchpad program of the Google Campus in Tel Aviv.
Additionally, he has also worked in senior level roles at Commun.it, Kenshoo, and Etoro, among others. These include the respective positions of VP of Sales and Business Development, Director of Sales, and Director of Business Development, part of a lengthy career extending back to 2003.
The appointment of Mr. Ben-Tovim is Leverate’s first high profile move since the promotion of Sami Mana to the role of Chief of Staff this past June, following a successful tenure with the solutions provider. Furthermore, Leverate made a splash earlier this year with the shuffling of its CEO, which saw the departure of Ran Strauss and the subsequent replacement by Kobi Gur.
