Moneta Markets Hires Kitty Yu as Asia Business Development Manager

Moneta Markets, a unit of Vantage (previously Vantage FX), announced on Monday the hiring of Kitty Yu as the broker’s Regional Business Development Manager of Asia. As her official title suggests, she will be responsible for bolstering the Moneta brand across Asia, thus helping in the broker’s expansion in the region.

Yu comes with more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Moneta from the Multibank Group where she led the broker’s Sales and Operations team across Asia.

“I’d spent more than a decade with Multibank, which is a long time, so the decision to leave wasn’t something I took lightly, but I loved the way that the Moneta brand was set up. I wanted a new challenge, and I want to be a major contributor to their ongoing success,” Yu said in a statement.

A Global Broker Brand

Moneta Markets was launched in mid-2020 and is offering trading services with forex and contracts for differences (CFDs). It is a subsidiary of Vantage and operates under the licenses obtained by its parent. Moneta Markets was founded by David Bily who worked for a decade under the Vantage brand.

“I was already familiar with David from his tenure at Vantage FX, so when Moneta Markets entered the scene, it immediately started causing waves as a broker to keep an eye on. I can see that there is real potential for Moneta to completely disrupt the industry, and I am excited for the opportunity to be a part of its growth,” Yu added.

Commenting on the fresh appointment, Bily said: “I am always on the hunt for the industry’s best talent, and finally came across Kitty who has not only the knowledge and experience but importantly the right attitude.”
