Money.net was founded by Morgan Downey, another former Bloomberg employee and rising star in the financial services industry. In his new role at Money.net, Mr. Pearlstine will help lead the group’s development of an artificial intelligence-based news service to rival other industry players, including Bloomberg itself.

The group currently is spearheading the development of a new AI news service, has to date constituted a large amount of time, resources, historical data, and human input. The hire of Mr. Pearlstine represents the group’s bid to take their development to the next level, relying on his lengthy experience in the news sector.
