Finance Magnates has learned that Olga Lustsik has left Admirals from her role as Member of the Management Board. According to an update via LinkedIn, she left the role vacant starting today.
Lustsik has been working in Admirals since 2020, where she started as a Product Manager for its Social Trading Platform . Then, Lustsik was promoted to Chief Product Officer in November 2020, a role where she worked for approximately one year.
Prior to her job at Admirals, she was employed at Guardtime as a Product Manager. Also, between 2012 and 2018, she worked for Proekspert AS as a Product Owner and Financial Consultant based in Estonia.
Moreover, for over eight years, Lustsik worked for the Swedbank as a Program Manager and ABC Area Manager. She also had a brief tenure of two years between 2011 and 2003 in the bank as a Fixed Income and Derivatives Specialist. In addition, she was employed by the Ministry of Finance of Estonia as a Senior Expert for the Financial Services Department.
Between 1998 and 2000, Lustsik worked for the Tallinn Stock Exchange as a Project Manager in the Trading and Supervision Department.
According to her educational background, Lustsik earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an MBA in e-Banking from the University of Tartu.

Prior to his new role at Admirals, the executive worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Noor Al Mal in Jordan for almost three years. In addition, Hamed was the General Manager for over five years at Golden Royal Index in the United Arab Emirates.
