Paul Spillman Joins Integral as Director of Sales

In a LinkedIn post on 9 August, Paul Spillman, the former European Head of Sales at TradAir, confirmed that he is starting a new position as Director of Sales at Integral, one of the largest technology companies in the foreign exchange (FX) market.

In his new position, Spillman will play an important role in Integral’s global expansion. The newly appointed Director of Sales at Integral previously spent more than two years at TradAir. Prior to joining TradAir, he worked with ITI Capital and Barclays Wealth Management.

In his broad career of almost three decades, Spillman worked with some of the world’s prominent financial firms, including the Bank of Scotland and Newedge.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director, Sales at Integral Development Corp. Integral is the world's most advanced cloud-based eFX platform combining features for liquidity management, pricing, distribution and risk management,” Spillman highlighted in his latest post on LinkedIn.

Since the start of 2022, Integral posted a strong jump in trading volumes. The company ended June with a spike of almost 5.2% in average daily volumes (ADV).

Sales

Spillman has deep expertise in sales and business development. During his time at TradAir as the European Head of Sales, he facilitated the company’s expansion across different regions. In his broad career, Spillman spent time at Marex Spectron as SVP FX Sales.

In March 2022, Integral announced the availability of IntegralFX in Singapore’s SG1 Data Center. Furthermore, the company announced its expansion plans for the Asian region.
