Pepperstone Has Elevated Panayiotis Theodorou to Managing Director

Pepperstone recently elevated Panayiotis Theodorou to Managing Director, effective January 2022.

Finance Magnates recently learned that Panayiotis Theodorou, an executive with more than a decades of experience from the Fintech industry, has been promoted by Pepperstone, the UK subsidiary of the namesake global brokerage group, to the pivotal position of Managing Director.

Theodorou’s Vocational Background

Prior to the newly started role as Managing Director, Theodorou served Pepperstone as Head of Operations. Over two years, he fulfilled the requirements of his position, which was located in Cyprus.

Earlier on at London Capital Group, he served the organisation in four roles. Initially,he started as a DevOps Automation Engineer. Then, he received a promotion shortly after to Senior Systems Engineer. Next, he progressed to Head of IT Operations again in under a year from the beginning of 2018. Finally, he reached the senior position of Chief Information Officer.

Before that, FxPro Financial Services utilised his skills for close to six years. His most recent position with the company was Senior Systems Engineer from August 2012 until May 2016. His earliest known position was the company’s Head of User Help Desk where he supported users of the FxPro Network for a couple of years.

Significant Jump in Revenue in July

In other related news in July 2021, Pepperstone reported a significant jump in its revenue and profits for the financial year ending on June 30, 2020. The revenue generated from the activities of its retail and professional clients increased to £12.7 million, which is a significant increase on the previous year’s revenue of £6.8 million.
