RBC Capital Markets Adds Jonathan Dann as Newest Managing Director

RBC Capital Markets, the investment banking subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), has made a series of new appointments for its recently launched European equity research and sales team.

The RBC made a few hires late last month, naming Joel Goh as its Managing Director, co-Head of Brokerage, Futures, as well as Clive Brown as its EMEA CEO. In its newest move, RBC Capital Markets has bolstered its European Equity Telecom Research and Sales team, adding Jonathan Dann, San Dhillon, Mike Bishop and Gonzalo Dionis.

Mr. Dann joins RBC as its newest Managing Director and Head of the European Equity Telecoms – prior to RBC he served in a variety of senior level roles at Barclays PLC (Managing Director), JPMorgan (Executive Director) and Bear Stearns (Senior Managing Director). He will be based out of London and will report to Graeme Pearson, RBC’s Head of European, APAC markets.

In addition, San Dhillon, Mike Bishop and Gonzalo Dionis have also been penciled in to RBC's equity research team from Barclays.
