Mr. Erichsen will be parting ways with Saxo Bank with immediate effect, opting to pursue other opportunities within the industry. His departure comes more than a year after first joining the group back in December 2015 – he has worked out of Hellerup, Denmark for the duration of his tenure.
Prior to joining Saxo Bank, Mr. Erichsen worked at multiple other companies, including Bang & Olufsen as a Global Media Manager – Marketing Activation in Copenhagen for over two years. Additionally he held a number of senior roles at OMD Danmark as a Digital Director, among other stops outside the financial industry, according to information made public on his Linkedin profile.
Before making a transition into the financial services industry, his career was relegated to confined to several music venues, including SonyBMG Music and Universal Music, both in marketing focused roles, dating back to 2001.
The departure is the second recent move at Saxo Bank, with Jesper Rasmussen, the company’s Senior Director and Head of IT Client Data and Reporting, also announcing his intention to leave his position at the firm earlier this week. Mr. Rasmussen had filled a variety of IT related roles since he started working for the Danish broker back in June 2007 as a senior developer.
