Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) has promoted former JPMorgan executive, Svante Hedin to the role of head of electronic trading for FX and commodities.

Mr. Hedin’s will be succeeding Robert Celsing, SEB’s former head of electronic trading for foreign Exchange (FX) and commodities, who has himself ascended to the role of global head of markets at the Swedish bank this past January.

In his new role, Mr. Hedin will be based out of Stockholm, where he will focus on the banks electronic trading. He joined SEB back in 2013, having come over from JPMorgan’s London branch, where he worked as its head of FX automated trading, according to an FXweek statement.
