Single Rulebook, an intelligent regulatory compliance management solutions provider, has selected Chris Dingley, an industry veteran with over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector, as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Dingley has been an important part of Single Rulebook for more than two years. He was serving as the Head of Sales at Single Rulebook since April 2020. During his time as the Head of Sales, Dingley facilitated the company’s expansion.

In his broad career, Dingley served in different key positions across the financial services sector. With deep expertise in Sales, he played a major role in the growth of several leading firms. According to the details shared on his LinkedIn profile, Dingley worked in the sales department of some of the prominent names in the financial sector including Xtrakter and NEX Regulatory Reporting by Abide Financial.

He completed his education at Durham University. He spent several years at Xtrakter as a Relationship Manager and then served in the position of Sales Executive.

In November 2020, Single Rulebook confirmed that the company has joined forces with Kaizen Reporting. Amid rising global demand for regulatory and compliance solutions, Single Rulebook witnessed significant growth in the past few years. With the previous experience of Dingley in the sales department, the company is planning to boost its reach across different regions.

Earlier this month, SteelEye, a prominent RegTech firm, secured $21 million in its Series B funding round. The company's investment round was led by Ten Coves Capital.
