SmartStream, a financial Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) specialist and provider, has secured the services of Richard Bowler as its newest Chief Financial Officer (CFO), part of its latest addition to its senior management team.
Mr. Bowler joins SmartStream with immediate effect – as its CFO, his mandate will be to oversee all aspects of the group’s finances, including treasury, administration and financial strategy. In this capacity, he will be managing the group’s finance team, based out of London, where he will be reporting to SmartStream’s CEO, Haytham Kaddoura.
He joins SmartStream with over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, including several senior appointments. His most recent role was as the CFO of Asset Control, with additional stops at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Technologies Division, as well as BT Global Services, BT Radianz, and Reuters.
According to Haytham Kaddoura, in a statement on the appointment: “I’m pleased to welcome Richard to the executive management team.
