State Street, one of the leading American financial firms, has expanded its team through the appointment of Lydia Solinski, the former Bank Liquidity Manager at 360 Trading Networks, as its new Global Head of Data, Liquidity Management and Business Intelligence.
In her new position, Solinski is planning to play an important role in the expansion of State Street. “Very pleased to share that I have started a new position as Global Head of Data, Liquidity Management and Business Intelligence at State Street,” Solinski confirmed in a LinkedIn post on 12 September.
Solinski has broad experience in the financial services sector with deep expertise in the foreign exchange industry. In her career of more than a decade, she has worked with some of the top financial firms around the world.
She joins State Street from 360T where she spent more than six years in different positions. Prior to that, Solinski worked with TradAir and facilitated the company’s expansion. She also worked at Integral for almost one year.
According to the LinkedIn profile of Solinski, she completed her education at the University of Bath. She then joined Citi’s FX Sales and Trading division and worked there from 2011 to 2013. In her new role as the Global Head of Data, Liquidity Management and Business Intelligence, she is planning to utilize her previous experience in the financial sector to boost State Street’s presence.
In the second quarter of 2022, State Street posted a jump of almost 16% YoY in revenues related to foreign exchange trading services.
