Sucden Financial Promotes Gavin Parker to COO

Sucden Financial has once again made a key appointment to its executive personnel group, this time promoting Gavin Parker to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), who steps into the role with immediate effect.

In his new role as COO, Mr. Parker will be based out of Sucden Financial’s London office. He has been a mainstay at Sucden Financial since 2007, when he originally joined the group as its Director of Information Systems, a position he has served in for almost nine years.

In addition to Sucden Financial, Mr. Parker has also garnered extensive experience at a number of other financial service providers and banking institutions, part of a lengthy career spanning nearly three decades back to 1986. He has held senior level roles at Trading Technologies, Rolfe & Nolan Systems Ltd, and RTS Realtime Systems Ltd, among others, according to information made public on his LinkedIn profile.

Earlier this month, Sucden Financial (HK) Limited, a Hong Kong subsidiary of Sucden Financial Limited, appointed Liang Fu as its newest Senior Account Executive. He joined Sucden Financial from NewEdge and Jefferies, having been based out of Hong Kong – additionally, he has also worked at Xi’an Maike Metals.
