TigerWit announced this Tuesday that it has appointed three new members to its Business Development team, covering the areas of Africa, MENA, and Latin America as the company eyes further global expansion.
In particular, the London-headquartered company said that it had appointed James Blackwood Murray for Africa, Hazim Ismail for the MENA region, and Mario Saudino will cover Latin America.
As Finance Magnates reported, James Blackwood Murray, who will be covering the Africa region, joined TigerWit earlier this month. He brings more than a decade’s worth of experience in the trading industry, having most recently held the role of Sales Director at smartTrade Technologies.
During his career, Blackwood Murray has also worked in various roles focusing on foreign exchange (Forex ), including Head of FX at Valbury Capital and Solo Capital Partners LLP, his LinkedIn shows.
Commenting on his new appointment, Blackwood Murray said in the statement: “I am very excited to be leading the strategic development of growth in this frontier market. TigerWit has witnessed significant growth over the past few years in other regions and I am seeking to build on this within Africa and educate our clients as to the benefits of trading with the transparency of Blockchain .”
TigerWit to expand in Africa, MENA and Latam
Ismail, who has been named as the Regional Director of the MENA markets will be in charge of the expansion and development of TigerWit strategic solutions within the region. He brings ten years of experience working in the financial markets, with a focus on the Middle Eastern financial landscape.

Saudino also brings a decade worth of knowledge in financial market sales and project management. He will be the Regional Director for the LATAM and Spanish speaking regions, where he will focus on regional team management, customer relationships, and the sales strategy for this area.
