Towers Watson & Co Names Luba Nikulina as Its Global Research Head

Towers Watson & Co, a global provider for comprehensive risk and financial management services, has promoted Luba Nikulina to the role of Global Head of Manager Research.

Mrs. Nikulina has been a mainstay at Towers Watson since 2005, when she began as the group’s Global Head of Private Markets. She has been based out of both the UK and US, having worked in private markets research for the majority of her career.

In her new role, she will be part of a structured management team that is headed by Nikulina – part of an overall initiative that will launch three global research streams, private markets, equity research and credit research. Jim MacLachlan will head the company’s Equity Research division, while Chris Redmond will continue to lead the Credit Research stream.
