Finance Magnates learned on Wednesday that Tracy Kent has joined FlexTrade as a sales director.

Kent joins the trading Technology Provider from FXSpotStream, where she was an executive director in the EMEA sales team - a position she held for just over a year.

The new FlexTrade director started her financial services career at inter-broker dealer ICAP in the mid-2000s.

Kent spent just over five years at the London-based firm before moving on in 2009, this time to Integral - a financial technology company that focuses its efforts on the foreign Exchange markets.

Experienced hands

Working from the US company's London offices, Kent was a vice president in the firm's sales team and worked with clients in Australasia and Japan.

As with her time at ICAP, Kent spent five years at Integral and then switched companies again in 2014, joining broker FIXI plc.

The company, which is still being liquidated after collapsing at the end of last year, focused on both retail and institutional clients.

Kent was tasked with catering to the latter set of customers and focused on developing the broker's business in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Japan, and Australasia.

She spent three years at the company before moving on to become head of sales for Europe and Asia at HC Technologies in late 2017.
