Tradeweb, a financial services company, has a new employee in United States credit sales - Katja Fleischmann, who joined the firm earlier this month, Finance Magnates has learned.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Fleischmann is a Director at Tradeweb and is based in London. She joins the firm from Credit Agricole CIB, where she worked for just over three years.

Joining in February of 2016, while at the French company, she was Managing Director, Global head of eSales Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange . In this position, she was also based in London.

During her career, which spans for almost two decades, Fleischmann has worked at a number of well-known financial firms. Prior to her stint at Credit Agricole, she was working for JPMorgan Chase.
Commencing her employment with the firm in June of 2012, Fleischmann was an Executive Director with the company. Particularly, she worked in eCommerce Rates Marketing in Europe.
According to her LinkedIn, this role entailed marketing IRS electronic trading to European clients as well as project management and e-strategy for JPMorgan, until she left the firm in February of 2016.
Fleischmann actually began her career at JPMorgan Chase, her LinkedIn states. Specifically, she kickstarted her career in September 2000, joining the company as Vice President, eCommerce Marketing for Credit and Rates.
During her first stint with JPMorgan, she was based in New York and Chicago and worked with the firm for more than five years until March of 2006.
Before returning to JPMorgan in 2012, Fleischmann spent almost six and a half years at Goldman Sachs, joining the firm straight after she left JPMorgan in March 2006. While at the US-based firm, she was an Executive Director, eCommerce, based in London. She worked with Goldman Sachs until June of 2012.
Fleischmann attended the University of Exeter from 1989 until 1993. She graduated with a Bachelor, Joint Honors - French & German Grade 2;1, her LinkedIn states.
