Divisa Capital made a new senior appointment to its team, securing Mohammad Isbeer as its newest Global Head of Prime Brokerage Sales. Mr. Isbeer joins Divisa Capital with immediate effect – his appointment follows a lengthy tenure in the financial services industry, part of a career spanning over a decade. He lands at Divisa Capital from ICN Financial Markets, where he worked as its Vice Chairman. He is the co-founder of ICN and held roles such as General Manager, dating back to 2008.

Graham Moss, Tradeworks
Tradeworks on-boarded Graham Moss as the company’s new Head of Sales. The company has been working on developing a trading strategy automation product for foreign exchange and CFDs traders. Mr .Moss joins the company after spending over two and a half years as Institutional Sales Executive at GWAZY and five years as a Marketing Executive at Windsor Brokers.
Romanos Daniel, Eurex
Eurex augmented its executive management team, culminating in the appointment of Romanos Daniel as its Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) with immediate effect. The appointment is the latest move at Eurex, which is entering into a crucial phase as it looks to grapple with the upcoming regulatory changes of MiFID II as well as the aftermath of Brexit . In light of these upcoming headwinds, Mr. Daniel will help strengthen the group’s innovation focus, also be added as a Member of Eurex’s Executive Board.
Eric Swanson, XTX
XTX Markets named Eric Swanson as its newest CEO for the Americas. In his new role Mr. Swanson will be based out of the group’s New York office, beginning his tenure on June 1, 2017. He joins XTX Markets from Bats Global Markets, having worked with the exchange operator for the past nine years in multiple senior roles.

Fullerton Markets added a new member to its team, on-boarding former Bloomberg strategist Jimmy Zhu who joined the company after spending almost three years with his previous employer. Mr Zhu will be serving as Chief Strategist at Fullerton Markets after analyzing vast amounts of data while tracking Forex and fixed income at Bloomberg.
Carolina May, FXStreet
FXStreet announced a shakeup in its senior personnel Wednesday, with Carolina May parting ways with the group’s CEO – she will be succeeded by Setxi Fernandez, FXStreet’s acting partner and COO. Ms. May originally joined FXStreet back in 2007 as a marketing assistant. During her tenure, she handled a wide range of tasks, whilst being based out of Argentina.

Peter Tierney, AxiomSL
AxiomSL last week appointed Peter Tierney as CEO of the firm’s Asia Pacific (APAC) region, securing the veteran in a new senior role. Mr. Tierney will be based out of Singapore, reporting to Alexander Tsigutkin, AxiomSL’s Global CEO. He steps into the role with over twenty-five years of experience as an enterprise software executive, and other senior roles.
