Louisa Kwoks, ADS Securities London
Louisa Kwoks has stepped down from her role as Head of Prime of Prime Sales at ADS Securities London. Mrs. Kwoks held the position for about eleven months after departing from her former role of European Head of Client Solutions and Fixed Income Client Clearing at BNP Paribas.

Alex Li and Italo Lombardi, Crédit Agricole CIB
Last week, Crédit Agricole CIB hired two senior executives, Alex Li and Italio Lombardi. Mr. Li will act as Head of US Rates Strategy, while Mr. Lombardi will assume the role of Latin American (LATAM) economist and strategist. The hires were said to be designed to enhance the company’s research team.
Remo Fritschi, Banca IMI
Banca IMI, the London-based subsidiary of Intesa Sanpaolo, has tapped Remo Fritschi as Managing Director. Institutional Forex veteran Mr. Fritschi recently stepped down from his role as Manager of Institutional Sales at ADS Securities for his new position with Banca IMI.
Ben Tobin, Capitolis
Capitolis has hired institutional sales veteran Ben Tobin as its new Global
Head of Sales. Mr. Tobin will be based out of London, and will enter the new role immediately. Mr. Tobin has about 28 years of experience in the financial industry.

Mattias Grunland, Cinnober
Cinnober has tapped Mattias Grunland as its new Deputy Chief Technology Officer (CTO), part of the firm’s aggressive expansion of its team this year. Mr. Grunland will be based out of Stockholm, and will be working alongside Peter Lenti, Cinnober Group’s co-founder and CEO.
Toby Ali, CitiGroup
Toby Ali stepped up as CitiGroup’s new Co-Head of Leveraged Finance in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Mr. Ali will run the department alongside Simon Francis. Both gentlemen will be reporting to Philip Drury, the Head of Capital Markets Origination for EMEA. CitiGroup has also expressed its intention of establishing an EMEA debt financing steering committee, with Ali as the acting chairman.

Tsach Einav, SafeCharge International Group Limited
SafeCharge has welcomed Tsach Einav back into his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), which will come into effect September 1, 2017. Mr. Einav will also act as a board member effective immediately. He will be replacing Tim Mickley, who expressed his intention to step down from this role in order to participate in new entrepreneurial opportunities.
Christopher Giancarlo, CTFC
The United States Senate confirmed that Christopher Giancarlo has been chosen to act as Chairman of the Commodity Futures Commission (CTFC). Mr. Giancarlo has been holding this position since January 2017, after the preceding Chairman Timothy Massad stepped down when former Barack Obama ended his presidency.

Dennis Just, Knip
Dennis Just, Swiss digital insurance firm Knip’s founder and CEO, has decided to depart from the company. The company will soon go through a merger with Komparu, a technology firm based in the Netherlands, which Mr. Just is not willing to be part of. Mr. Just and other senior Knip executives tapping out will allow Komparu’s leadership to take over.
Paul Turner and Sagie Govender, Fullerton Markets
Fullerton Markets, a New Zealand based broker, has promoted Paul Turner from Senior Compliance Manager to Executive Director. The successor to the former role is Sagi Govender who previously worked at the Financial Markets Association, the financial regulator of New Zealand, for 6 years.
