Kirill Chernikov, the Chief of Staff at the technology provider for the FX sector Spotware Systems, announced his departure from the company this week, ending his more than three-year tenure in the company. Chernikov joined as Product Manager in 2021, a role he held for nearly three years. In his latest role, he was in charge of business process improvement and business strategy.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Chernikov has experience with other companies he has worked for in the past. These firms include GoodForecast and Magnit, a food retailing firm in Russia. In the company, he managed cross-department projects in logistics, distribution, and retail technologies.

Scope Prime Strengthens Team with the Appointment of Southeast Asia Head

Scope Prime, the Rostro Financial Group-owned institutional liquidity division, expanded its team with the appointment of Miranti Rostian as Head of Southeast Asia. Rostian's appointment came a month after Scope Prime onboarded Andrew Taylor as Head of Scope Prime APAC. He has reportedly commenced his new responsibilities.

Rostian has 16 years of experience in her new role at Scope Prime. Prior to assuming his latest role, she was the Vice President of Prime Brokerage Sales at the Singapore offices of Maybank Investment Banking Group for almost the last three years. She started her career at the Jakarta offices of Deutsche Bank in mid-2008 and has also worked with other financial services companies.

Tickmill's Chief Business Development Officer Carla Nemr Departs After 8 Years

Tickmill's Chief Business Development Officer for nearly eight years announced her departure this week, describing her tenure at the company as a “wonderful chapter.” Carla Nemr joined Tickmill as the Head of Global Business Development in 2017 before her promotion to Chief Business Development Officer.

With more than 30 years of experience in the APAC region, Runacres joins Broadridge from the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where he spent 12 years as head of Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Computing from Monash University in Australia. The latest appointment appointment occurs as Broadridge targets to strengthen its position in the Asian market.
