Jan Strømme, the former Global Head of Distribution at XTX Markets, has joined the technology provider for the financial sector, Coral Reef Technologies, as the Business Development Manager.

In a post on LinkedIn, Strømme mentioned: "I am happy to announce that I’m working with Coral Reef Technologies LTD and the Final (Financial Algorithms) group of companies, as a Business Developer for Spot FX, and building out our reach in FX trading in general, with trading and liquidity (making and taking) relationships globally, on any and all FX venues!"

Divided into two categories, Junior and Senior AI Residents, the program offers immersive experiences ranging from 6 to 12 months. It provides an opportunity for the participants to delve into pioneering research under the guidance of Dr Atlas Wang and XTX's quantitative research team.

Aspiring candidates for the AI Residency Program are expected to hold or soon obtain a PhD degree, showcasing strong research capabilities and proficiency in modern deep learning architecture. Desirable attributes include expertise in foundational model development and adeptness in managing large datasets.
