XTX Markets Promotes Dr. Hans Buehler to Co-CEO
XTX Markets has promoted Dr Hans Buehler to the position of Co-Chief Executive Officer. Effective from Friday, he will share the apex role with XTX’s Founder, Alex Gerko.
Dr Buehler joined XTX last year in April as Deputy CEO. For the Co-CEO role, he replaced Zar Amrolia, who will now remain a part of XTX Group as a Non-Executive Chairman.

Zenfinex Strengthens MENA Team with New Sales Head
Zenfinex, the FX/CFDs broker, announced the appointment of Amer Zino as the Head of Sales for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), thus bolstering its presence in the region. The new appointment came after the broker's MENA CEO, Michel Chabbouh, handed in his resignation last February.
According to the press release shared with Finance Magnates, Zino will be responsible for handling all commercial and business development operations of Zenfinex in the MENA region.

Capital.com Eyes European Growth with New Marketing Head Onboard
Capital.com announced the appointment of Simone Manni on Thursday as the Head of Commercial Marketing in Europe. The company confirmed that it is a newly created role, and he will report to Alessandro Capuano, the broker's Head of Europe.
According to the official press release shared with Finance Magnates, Manni is based in Milan and is in charge of overseeing the broker's growth in Europe, primarily in Italy and Germany.

Scope Markets Promotes James Hughes, Names Two More New Hires
Scope Markets has strengthened its leadership with three new appointments: James Hughes as the Group Head of Marketing, Joshua Mahony as the Chief Market Analyst, and Antonia Drousiotou as the Head of Branding.
Hughes has been promoted internally, while the other two new hires bring many years of industry experience to the new roles. Hughes joined Scope Markets in December 2019 as the Chief Market Analyst and, prior to the latest promotion, he was the Head of Brand and Chief Market Analyst. His previous collective role was distributed between Mahony and Drousiotou.

Ex-UBS CEO Is Back after 2 Years to Lead the Credit Suisse Takeover
UBS is bringing back its former CEO Sergio P. Ermotti, to oversee the complex acquisition of the banking crisis victim.
Ermotti held the position of Chairman at UBS for nine years before Ralph Hamers replaced him. He has been the Chairman of Swiss Re for the past two years, but in the wake of Credit Suisse's CHF 3 billion deal, the Board decided he would be better suited for UBS than Hamers, who currently holds the role.
