The Bahrain-based fintech firm Eazy Financial Services, operating as EazyPay, has partnered with talabat, a prominent food delivery and quick commerce platform. This collaboration aims to enhance the online payment sector in the region.

According to the press release, the primary goal of the partnership is to promote the online payment experience for customers, simplifying credit and debit card transactions across talabat's services. This collaboration is expected to offer a range of benefits for merchants and individuals.

Streamlining Online Transactions

Beyond its partnership with talabat, EazyPay recently introduced a Visa Direct account funding solution to enable fast and secure fund transfers within Bahrain and beyond. This collaboration underscored EazyPay's commitment to provide payment solutions that prioritize speed, security, and convenience for its customers.

Using EazyPay's online payment gateway, talabat's users can access credit and debit card transactions. This initiative aims to advance online transactions in Bahrain, offering digital payment solutions that cater to the needs of the online payments sector.

A representative from talabat highlighted the potential of the collaboration in enhancing convenience, security, and reliability. Besides that, the integration will enable talabat to expand its array of checkout options.

Last year, EazyPay partnered with American Express Middle East. According to the fintech platform, this collaboration enhances the payment experience for consumers and merchants by enabling American Express cardholders to utilize their cards across EazyPay's network of point-of-sale terminals and online payment gateways.

Expanding Payment Horizons

Besides that, this alliance targets to increase the accessibility of American Express cards, providing consumers with more choices while fostering growth opportunities for local businesses.

Additionally, EazyPay and JCB collaborated last year in an agreement to facilitate JCB card acceptance at EazyPay's merchants in Bahrain. This collaboration targets the payment landscape in the region by enabling JCB cardholders to utilize their cards at EazyPay's merchant outlets across the Kingdom.
