Everything Blockchain Acquires ATrade Desktop Software for $1 Million

Headquartered in Fleming Island, Florida, Everything Blockchain Inc. (formerly known as OBITX Inc.) announced that they have acquired ATrade desktop software for $1 million in cash. Everything Blockchain Inc. has already acquired Energy Technological Business and Mercury.

Everything Blockchain Inc. is 'a development, architecture and software designer of Blockchain that also provides consulting and services specializing in blockchain technologies and decentralized processing'.

ATrade desktop software is designed to provide stock alerts, stocks selection and order matching. The company will apply for licensing in multiple jurisdictions and look to integrate the blockchain technology and provide access to crypto trading in the platform.

Everything Blockchain's CEO, Eric Jaffe, who is also the former President of Integrity Consulting Group, said: "As we continue to grow our services, locations and technology throughout the country. We also want to make it easier for traders to access everything they need at their fingertips, which is exactly what this new platform will enable. We look forward to adopting ATrade’s technology to enhance trading and access as Everything Blockchain compounds its growth and expands the use of cryptocurrency.”

The platform is expected to include EBITrader®, EBITraderManagement® and EBITrading Services®. The company expects to receive its licence as early as in 3 months time.

In December, Everything Blockchain displayed the Zero Trust Data Access (ZTDA) platform at the Department of Defense Intelligence and Information Systems Conference (DODIIS) in Phoenix Arizona.

The platform offers managing mishandled unclassified but sensitive information. It is done via strong encryption, multi-factored authentication, a geo-fencing perimeter and time-based controls.

Additionally, Everything Blockchain named Jessica Hunt as the company's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Hunt has 10 years of experience in marketing in both startups and large brands. She will be tasked with Everything Blockchain's marketing strategy and brand monitoring. Furthermore, this includes the company's public relations, education, user experience and communication strategies.
