Digital River has appointed 2 new executive vice presidents to their leadership team. Tom Cahall has been appointed their new COO, and Thomas Peterson as their new general manager.
Cahall’s previous position was corporate vice president of MSN at Microsoft, and he brings with him over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, with previous positions at AOL, United Online, CNET, Bank of America and AT&T. Cahall’s new position at Digital River will be leading the company’s global product development, engineering, quality assurance, IT and global delivery organizations.
Peterson joins Digital River from HP, where he served as their executive director of global accounts. Prior to HP, Peterson spent 30 years at IBM. Peterson’s new position will be leading the company’s enterprise and SMB commerce businesses.
