Payment startup Mayfair FX has announced a new sponsorship deal with the UK soccer club Wycombe Wanderers FC. The company’s logo will feature on the back of the "The Chairboys" and "The Blues" team’s shirts, and other equipment, as the Club’s Official FX Payments Partner.

The deal helps Mayfair FX permeate one of the fastest-growing segments globally, with access to one of the most dynamic payments demographics. The foreign Exchange company provides international payments and currency transfers for businesses, saving them money when paying suppliers or receiving funds from abroad.

Since officially launching six years ago, Mayfair FX has been strengthening its referral network and some of its current clients now include manufacturers, recruitment consultants, travel agents, and a range of UK start-ups.

Financial terms not disclosed

Neither the full financial terms nor the duration of the deal has been disclosed, but under its terms, the brand will take advantage of advertising opportunities across the club’s various communications channels. Per the latest details surrounding the sponsorship deal, Mayfair FX branding and advertising will be featured on Wycombe Wanderers’s new team jersey as well as engaging with both the club’s supporters and sponsors via the Business @ Adams Park network.

Wycombe Wanderers plays in League One, the third tier of English football.
