UK based alternative payment service provider Skrill has added prepaid payment solution paysafecard to its support payment methods.

Skrill acquired the voucher based payment solution in the beginning of 2013, and is now incorporating it as a payment option for topping off the Skrill Wallet.

Skrill users can purchase paysafecard cards at any of the participating 450,000+ retailer outlets located around the world. Users simply link their Skrill account to their “my paysafecard” account, then they can place withdrawals up to €1,000/£850 a day and up to €3,000/£2,500 every 30 days.

Paysafecard loading is currently available in Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and the United Kingdom.

“In a world where digital transactions continue to grow, the Skrill and paysafecard integration provides a level playing field that enables those without bank accounts to still benefit from being able to make Payments via the Internet,” Stuart Gregory, VP of Digital Wallet at Skrill commented.

Skrill alongside paysafecard are two of the only authorized payment methods for New Jersey’s online gambling offerings.
