Telerik's Sitefinity adds support for PayPal and WorldPay

Telerik has announced today that they have integrated PayPal and WorldPay payment solutions into their Sitefinity CMS platform.

Sitefinity is a web content management system, and the new additions to will allow its 70,000 users to provide payment option solutions by using PayPal or WorldPay. The addition to Sitefinity comes exactly on time for the approaching holiday season. Of course with the addition of two major players in the Ecommerce business, PCI Compliance and regulations will be implemented as well.

“Savvy online buyers do not want to have to type their credit card information into a website for each and every purchase, not when there are tools such as PayPal and WorldPay available. They want a point and click experience that they know is backed by the highest security standards. Having the Sitefinity CMS integrated with the two industry leading external payment providers gives our customers the options they're looking for, which in turn will increase their sales as they enter the busiest time of year.” said Martin Kirov, Executive Vice President, Sitefinity division, Telerik.

This holiday season is projecting growth of 13%-15% over 2012. With the popularity of internet shopping growing every holiday season year after year, we should see more tech companies providing payment solutions to their users.
