The company today celebrates a notable milestone for three individuals who have been part of the team for a decade. This includes Minna Kairesalo, Sylwester Majewski, and Jeff Patterson.
Each of these individuals have been with the Finance Magnates since its early days, prior to its rebranding from Forex Magnates. While the industry has certainly changed over the past ten years, the unwavering commitment of these three have not.
Celebrating a Decade of Dedication at Finance Magnates
A lot can change over ten years in any line of work. However, in an industry that is defined by mobility and opportunity, employee retention is one axiom that still holds true. Finance Magnates prides itself on keeping and investing in its own personnel, instilling a sense of unity in its team, and fostering a welcoming culture.
In the case of these Minna Kairesalo, Sylwester Majewski, and Jeff Patterson, each has risen through the ranks at Finance Magnates over the past ten years. While their respective journeys have transpired in different ways across different units, each of these individuals have grown into a valued member of the overall team.
This includes Sylwester Majewski, Head of Business Intelligence, who has been a mainstay in the company’s intelligence efforts. “I am super happy that we have managed to build a solid position in the industry, being recognized player in FX/CFD arena. Personally, I am proud that during all those years our Intelligence products, including our well-known Quarterly Intelligence Report, became a must have for many CFD brokers, helping them make important business decisions each day,” he explained.
"Sylwester is expertly managing The Intelligence (ex-research) department," emphasized CEO Michael Greenberg. "His efforts are not only generating a steady stream of revenue but also bolstering FM's credibility by providing a valuable source of knowledge about the trading industry. He has demonstrated a creative approach to data automatization and a deep understanding of the industry. With his amicable nature and can-do attitude, it is no surprise that almost every initiative at FM goes through Syl."
In addition, Finance Magnates also recognized Minna Kairesalo, Senior Relationship Manager, for her substantial efforts in Finance Magnates’ sales over the past ten years. “It is a great personal accomplishment to say that I have been part of Finance Magnates and our growth for 10 years. It’s also been a great journey to watch the evolution of the company. also am proud to work for one of the leading industry news & research providers and event organizers,” she added.
Michael Greenberg highlighted how "Minna has skillfully worked on our directory product and propelled it to new heights, and she is now doing the same for our online sales." He added: "Throughout various phases and offices, her consistency and honest demeanor have made her an integral part of any team she has worked with. We are fortunate to consider Minna not only a colleague but a friend, even though, as her office mugs suggest, all her friends have paws."
Finally, the company also celebrated the decade milestone of Jeff Patterson, Head of Commercial Content. “On the personnel front, our structure has changed somewhat over the years though we still retain our core flow and leadership in place that has been helpful. Michael Greenberg has been the foundational anchor and has helped instill a stable culture and expectations over all these years. I really enjoy the people I work with and feel part of the FM family,” he reiterated.
