In the matter of Eagle Trades LTD., Eagle Trades LTD., LLC, & Terrance William Osberger:
The inception of the conduct at issue in this complaint occurred in late march of 2009 when Terrance William Osberger traveled from Ohio to Massachusetts for the purpose of soliciting investments in Eagle Trades, LTD. LLC an Ohio limited liability company for which Osberger served as the sole member. Following a meeting held in Brockton on March 29, 2009 at which Osberger described the benefits of investing in Eagle Trades USA, at least three Massachuesetts residents invested a total of $153,500 with Eagle Ttrades USA through Osberger. However Eagle Trades may owe all its investors as much as $1,694,915.
Osberger informed attendants that Eagle Trades offered investments in ‘hard assets and metals’ however in fact its website showed that it is a high Yield investment program in forex and offered returns up to 194% in 60 days. The three investors in this program were promised returns ranging between 299% and 318% over a 190 days period. Shortly afterwards the investors received a letter from Eagle Trades attorney who informed them that Eagle Trades has been a victim of a ‘massive seven-figure fraud’. Investors haven’t seen their money since.
In the matter of: Osiris FX, Evan Andersen, Glenn Anthony Manterfield and FX Capital Services.
Osiris FX https://forex.osirisfx.com/ purports to be a BVI company engaged in the forex business. It has never been registered as a broker-dealer or in any other capacity. The principals of Osiris are believed to be Glenn Anthony Manterfield, Evan Andersen and Brian Joynes. Both Manterfield and Andersen have been the subject of numerous investigations by regulatory authorities.
