Fresh off of its release two weeks ago that it had built Wells Fargo’s new FX trading platform, technology provider Integral has announced today that it has hired Douglas Sidnam to be its new Global Head of Solutions. Sidnam, formerly of Thomson Reuters will be charged with the process of onboarding new clients and servicing of existing ones. The hire comes as Integral has experienced tremendous growth this year and is expanding to meet the demands of its clients.

SUNNYVALE, Calif. (October 29, 2012) — Integral Development Corp. (www.integral.com), a leading provider of FX trading solutions and services, announced today that Douglas R. Sidnam has joined as Vice President, Global Head of Solutions. Sidnam spent two decades at Reuters/Thomson Reuters where he left as Senior VP of Professional Services with global responsibilities for end-to-end delivery of services for Reuters’ trading and market data products. He will be based out of Integral’s New York office.

As Senior Vice President at Thomson Reuters, Sidnam held full accountability for the quality end-to-end delivery of technical services and support to clients globally. He orchestrated the establishment of frameworks, standards, and best practices to strengthen top and bottom line financial performance and achieve a high customer satisfaction rate. Sidnam also collaborated with customers, strategic business units, and development, delivery, and service organizations to strengthen service and performance quality. Prior to Thomson Reuters, he worked among other places at Garban Ltd. where he spearheaded the design and implementation of Garban’s real-time data distribution display system for accessing government bonds data on client’s trading floors. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute of New York, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from East Stroudsburg State College, and an Associate of Science with Business Concentration from the University of the State of New York, Albany.
