The online brokerage company AFX Capital has renamed itself AFX Group as part of its longer-term plan to scale its business under a corporate umbrella structure which includes multiple entities regulated in jurisdictions such as the U.K. and Cyprus, as per a company announcement.
The boutique financial investment firm also consolidated a range of its products under two brands including its Quantic and STO offerings, according to the company statement regarding the new name change and brand structure.

Quantic Prime to launch
The company noted that its Quantic offering secured Societe Generale as a multi-product prime broker (PB) and that it plans to offer related Liquidity services in the months ahead, as it shared plans of an institutional product under its Quantic Prime Division.

Asset management and trader incubation
Its current Quantic solution includes its asset management service and a new incubation program that aims to scout top trading talent. Through its STO offering, the company offers MT4 and AFX Fast platforms for its clients to trade across multiple assets including Forex , stock index, equity, bond markets and commodities, and also offers an affiliate program.
