A London criminal court was presented today with the testimonies of three women that used to work under CWM FX CEO, Anthony Constantinou, accusing him of a series of sexual assaults. According to the UK's Evening Standard newspaper, one former employee told the jury that Constantinou forcibly kissed her in the women's bathroom and later in another room pulled her pants down, exposed himself and touched her in an intimate area.
A second former CWM FX employee had a similar story, claiming Constantinou forced her into a small room in the office and started kissing and later that night at a City bar “touched her bottom and squeezed it.”
The third former CWM FX employee reported an alleged incident that occurred in the CWM FX office which was “very Wolf of Wall Street” as she put it. During a meeting Constantinou throw her phone against a wall and later pushed her against a window and shoved a “big chunk of wasabi into her mouth” and then "shoving his tongue down her throat as if she was a piece of meat.”
Constantinou pleaded not guilty to six charges of sexual assault as he “suggests the complainants have fabricated it for financial gain.”
Back in March of last year, the City of London Police raided the offices of CWM FX at the Heron Tower and arrested ten men and three women. The arrests were made on suspicion of fraud by false representation and Money Laundering , backed up with material evidence consisting of seized computers and documents.
Before the start of the fraud and sexual assault investigations Constantinou was a respected CEO in London that used to visit charities and sign partnership deals with world famous football clubs. However, soon after the aforementioned issues arose, Chelsea Football Club discontinued its relationship with his firm.
