The event brought together for the first time local industry professionals, including top executives of brokerages, technology developers and service providers.

Starting March 2014, the CEO's get-together events will take place in the first week of every month. Organizer of the event, Director of Sales at Forex Magnates, Mariano Obludzyner, elaborated about the nature of these get-togethers and their appeal.
What is the purpose of the CEO's get-together?
Israel is one of the main hubs for FX, a big amount of international FX companies have their headquarters in Israel and their CEOs living in Israel. We want to give those senior executives a place where they can meet, and not only discuss business related issues, but also get to know each other and socialize. In our vision, this is the event people will come to find their new partners over a beer, instead of a formal meeting in the office. We expect great things to happen in the FX industry following these events.
How can one join the event and who can you meet there?
The monthly CEO's get-together is an invitation only event, where selected members of the industry can meet up with their equals, CEOs and industry leaders. At the meetups you will find CEOs and VPs of FX brokers, service providers, technology providers, but also you will find FX marketing experts, super Affiliates and introductory brokers.
How was the first CEO's get-together?
When you start something new, you know your plan but you never know how it will turn out to be in reality. Our expectations were very high, but the first event was even beyond them: More than seventy industry leaders attended, people had the chance to meet and talk in a pleasant informal atmosphere, nice music, nice drinks. I am sure that everyone who came left the event with at least 1-2 new contacts. I am sure the next get together, in the first week of April, will be even more successful, and hope to see everybody there.
