As trading via mobile becomes increasingly popular, Fullerton Markets, a brokerage company based in New Zealand, announced this Monday that it has launched its mobile app - “PipProfit!”

Through the app, users will have access to trading activities available through Fullerton Markets as well as access news and events about the financial markets.

The launch of PipProfit! is the brokerage firm’s first step into the mobile app scene and is available to download now via the App Store on iOS or Google Play Store on Android.

Through PipProfit!, partners or Introducing Brokers will be able to onboard new clients and have access to data and metrics which relate to their clients’ performance and business growth, the statement said.

Mobile Apps are Becoming Essential for Trading Providers

Having a mobile app version of a trading platform is becoming increasingly crucial for brokers. In fact, according to a report from Investment Trends, having a mobile version of an investment platform is a key differentiator for investors, as Finance Magnates reported.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fullerton Markets, Mario Singh echoed this by saying: “The statistics speak for themselves -- interactions with brands today are twice as likely to happen on mobile than anywhere else and 80% of smartphone users are more likely to purchase from companies with mobile apps that offer answers to their questions."

In addition to its normal offering, the New Zealand broker has included additional features on its mobile app such as an events module. This allows users of the app to see any upcoming events hosted by Fullerton Markets.

"This comprehensive platform will serve as an important tool for our clients to transfer funds, track business performance and growth and stay updated on news and happenings that have an impact on their trading journey. Through PipProfit!, we hope to take customer engagement, expediency and the trading experience to the next level," added Singh.
