The partnership between Catchpoint Systems and Gain Capital is important as it will help support a greater emphasis towards monitoring GAIN’s global online Trading Platform , specifically in terms of for speed and availability. In addition, the new solutions will also help safeguard revenue streams and brand reputation and, fostering an ability test their third party APIs and streaming HTTP service.

While the solution was adopted for a global focus, GAIN is also looking to bolster its trading platform in Asia. Given a global and extant focus, GAIN has recognized its need to secure an end-user experience monitoring (EUM) solution that can provide real-time analytics from locations all over the globe – the advent of the new solutions from Catchpoint can help accomplish this goal.

In addition, the utilization of Catchpoint analytics system will help GAIN reap a number of benefits to its internal operations, including the ability to streamline monitoring and operations initiatives into one consolidated function – by extension this will also help lead to a reduction in the number of false positives in comparison with its own internal monitoring.

Moreover, the new solutions should also help provide better detection and diagnosis of DNS issues, which in essence would allow third parties to quickly pinpoint which server is causing problems and correct it on a more fluid basis.

According to Mukesh Kachroo, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), GAIN Capital in a recent statement on the integration, “We have leveraged Catchpoint’s global node system to pinpoint specific problems across out global infrastructure, giving us more control. Catchpoint has allowed us to prevent minor issues from becoming bigger problems by catching performance issues early on.”

So, it’s great to see that we are providing the insights and analytics that are helping GAIN Capital make a difference and support its business growth,” explained Medhi Daoudi CEO and co-Founder of Catchpoint Systems.
