The new initiative will see everyday traders gaining the same levels of rates as high-frequency-traders, in essence allowing for a more versatile approach, given the reduced costs of trading. The rollout of the new rates is important for both novice and experienced traders namely as they can utilize commissions that place it far below other platforms or service providers, ultimately allowing greater fluidity of trading and frequency. The new pricing schedule will see rates as low as $0.50 per trade for 1000 shares, with additional opportunities to earn rebates when adding Liquidity , among other options.
According to Tim Furey, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tradeview Markets, in an exclusive statement to Finance Magnates on the pricing changes: "Tradeview is one of the first Forex brokers to add on-exchange stock trading – we are offering the rates I am privy to when I trade allowing even basic traders to gain an edge in the market."
"Call it an awakening. I felt it was time to stir things up and give our customers the same rates I am privy to when I trade,” reiterated Mr. Furey.
“This isn’t just about switching brokerage houses for new traders –it’s about how Tradeview Markets will give customers the support, execution, and trading experience they deserve; with our 100% refund guarantee, traders can experience this without having to worry about the risk to switch,” added Michael Turck, Vice President (VP) of Institutional Sales.
