Volante Investments has rolled out VolanteFX, its new comprehensive trading service for individuals. The new service focuses on real-time support for retail and professional Forex traders, helping facilitate a one-stop service that aggregates all facets of trading into one cohesive portal. The new service is being launched at the Finance Magnates London Summit.

Of particular note is a live daily webinar, which will aim to ensure all customers have immediate access for all queries, training, and communication.
In particular, VolanteFX’s service will feature a head trader who will be conducting live daily educational courses. These are designed to provide individuals with the knowledge to make money from trading, not simply educating users to know about trading itself.
The company has also targeted customer service and education as areas of emphasis for the new service, with the ability to ask and instantly receive answers to any questions on all trading aspects being a core element. The service includes expert analysis and assistance from seasoned traders as well.
What to expect
One of the hallmarks of the service is the 24-hour support available for users. This was specifically targeted as an area of focus, as the service allows customers to have great flexibility around their daily lives. Within the portal itself however, client trades are completely unambiguous with stop loss, take profit, and entries given – each trade will be monitored and narrated on the daily live webinar as well.
The initiative follows amidst a wide industry demand for improved education amongst traders. The in-house trading team will also be providing their Zeno Trading Strategy for the first time outside of institutional circles to everyday people who want totally hands-off trading and is active 24-hours a day. The software is provided through a world class platform onto customers’ accounts and this has provided significant profits since its implementation 5 years ago.
