The partner network of TradeTech Alpha will gain access to a powerful alternative to the widely popular MetaTrader trading platform. The diversification of offerings is likely to play a bigger role in the coming years as completion ramps up.
The addition of the cTrader platform comes amid increasing client interest and the continued development of the solution. Last year Spotware Systems added a key component, integrating FIX API into the solution. The company has therefore enabled retail client access to the fastest set of trading instructions for the forex market, typically used by institutional traders.
The Director of the TradeTech Group, Muhammad Rasoul, added: “We plug a gap in the market, which is a robust multi-asset Liquidity pool and stability and financial security in an LP. Our two companies make a great combination for start-up and larger more mature users of the Spotware products.”
The direct FIX connectivity enables any counterparty to receive quotes from price feeds and send orders to counterparties (such as Alpha) through trade feeds. This allows brokers to integrate the solution with their preferred LPs, ECNs or prime brokers.
“We are pleased to be integrated with TradeTech Alpha who have a great portfolio of products which I personally see as complementary to cTrader’s capabilities as an STP enabled multi asset platform. Moreover, TradeTech Alpha’s product range has already won over a number of our existing clients hence Spotware actioning this client driven request.” commented James Glyde, Chief Commercial Officer at Spotware Systems.
