TopFX, a Cyprus-based online CFD broker, has announced the appointment of Muhammad Asim as the company’s Global Head of sales. Asim will be responsible for the company’s business development, customer success, marketing and global sales.
Before joining TopFX, Asim worked for one year as an Equity Options Trader of Tastytrade. At Tastytrade, Asim helped execute stock options trading as well as taught and gave online presentations on options trading and strategies. Prior to joining Tastytrade, he served different roles for various organizations. He worked as a Business Development Specialist for Bactakleen in Malaysia. Additionally, he worked as a Regional Sales Manager for Pomelofx forex broker. Asim is expected to use his wealth of experience in equity options trading to lead TopFX’s global sales as the firm aims to expand its reach in the international FX and CFD markets.
As a strategic oriented and experienced executive in the forex and CFD space, Asim will be joining the TopFX executive team at a crucial time. The firm is at an inflexion point, as it aims to scale its solutions across the globe with some innovative equity and commodities products. Asim is expected to play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing strategy to generate demand and achieve revenue goals as the firm is keen on strengthening its rapid commercial growth across the world.
