OTC Markets Group, an operator of financial markets for US and global securities, has announced a partnership with the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) for a new program that will help firms that want to issue shares. This program will help them to easily and efficiently offer their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in Canada and to other North American investors.

This program will give the firms a lot of visibility in the North American market and will offer IPO listing and trading services at the CSE and also secondary trading on OTC Markets' OTCQX Best Market/OTCQB Venture Market.

This will help the international companies to access funds and raise capital in the North American region, and also raise their visibility in this region which will help their Marketing efforts.

The announcement said that the processes involved in getting the firms listed on two major financial exchange would be very simple and efficient. The fees involved would also be fixed which will help to save cost time and costs.

Jason Paltrowitz, Executive Vice President of Corporate Services at OTC Markets Group, said: "We are pleased to announce this alliance with the CSE which will offer international companies the ability to raise capital via an IPO in Canada, build their North American brand and gain secondary access to the broad pool of U.S. investors. Investors and the broker dealer community will benefit from greater information, increased global investing opportunities and more efficient trading of Israeli and international issuers shares."

On November 7th and 8th, Jason Paltrowitz and Canadian Securities Chief Executive Officer Richard Carleton will be meeting Israeli business leaders to make them aware of the opportunities that are available and the advantages of getting their companies listed.
